It is with great pleasure that I recommend C.W. Roofing. I recently used C.W. Roofing for repairs, after a bad hailstorm. My point of contact was Ben and he was excellent to work with. He explained everything in detail and kept all him commitments to us. Ben had a guy that worked with my insurance company to ensure that we got everything included and paid for by the insurance. We ended up getting a new upgraded roof, new gutters, house and fence power washed, new paint, screens, one window replaced, fence stained, and a new garage door. Each an everyone that worked on our property were on time, professional, and did outstanding work. Ben made the whole process easy for us and we are extremely happy with the outcome. C.W. Roofing (Ben & Chuck) not only go the extra mile...they start at the extra mile.Having never done this before I interviewed 3 roofing companies. C.W. Roofing was easily my choice for several reasons. They were honest & upfront, articulated how the process works (bank/ insurance & mortgage process), how they will approach & complete the job & most importantly because I am a veteran, they are veteran owned, giving me peace of mind the job will be done right & professionally.My mortgage company was a bit “needy” & required a few more paperwork items than most other mortgage companies. C.W. Roofing was prompt to provide that paperwork to satisfy my mortgage folks. Their crews are professionals & did a fantastic job not to let my property look like a construction zone for 2-3 days.My bank (USAA) after inspecting my home needed quite a bit of work. C.W. Roofing tackled it with professional quality. Beyond their roofing experience they had great outsourcing for the other work I required (screens, gutters & paint). If you are considering a roofing company I urge you to include C.W. Roofing in your interviewing process. They went above & beyond my expectations & I’m willing to bet they will go above & beyond yours.

C.W. Roofing did a good job roofing my home. The crew was careful not to damage my shrubs in the process. They were also good to keep me informed about when to expect the work to be done and of any delay because of weather. They did everything they said they would do. I am pleased to recommend them.

C. W. Roofing did a great job and were fantastic to work with. They worked with our insurance company and did most of the paperwork. We are happy with the way the roof looks and the work they did. We had some other repairs that were needed and also wanted to add gutters. They took care of finding someone to take care of those for a reasonable price.

A couple of shingles blew off of our 6 year old roof and needed to be repaired. The original roofing company who installed the roof had gone out of business, so we called 3 other roofers. CW Roofing performed a full inspection of the roof and found a second hole we hadn't noticed, caused by a tree rubbing the roof. We chose CW Roofing for the repairs and are satisfied with the service! The repairs were completed in a few hours at a fair price. Whenever we need a roofing company in the future, we will call CW Roofing!

C.W. Roofing just installed a new roof on our older home. As many of you may know anytime you do something with an older home you find those unexpected and unwanted surprises. I've known Chuck and Ben for years and CW Roofing was my first and only call when I needed a roof on the house I'm building in Decatur. On the day the roof was planned to be installed, the painters showed and painted the exterior of the house. This was an unplanned delay, but Chuck rescheduled the roof so the painters could finish. The delay was not their fault and I appreciated their flexibility. My roof looks great and I will recommend them to others!

Called CW Roofing for a roof inspection and Greg came out promptly and was very knowledgeable. Surprisingly, I was told our roof was still in good shape and I appreciated his honesty in not trying to sell me a roof I didn't need. When I do need one, I would definitely consider CW!

I received a postcard in the mail from CW Roofing and I called them out to perform a roof inspection at my house in Boyd. I spoke with Chuck and he promptly came out to look at my roof. He found hail damage on my roof and my insurance company paid to replace the entire roof. CW Roofing talked to the insurance company to make sure all of the exterior damages were covered. The roofers installers were timely and professional. They cleaned up after they left and performed multiple nail sweeps. This process was simple and easy! I'm glad I called them and now have a local roofer I can count on!

CW Roofing & Construction was recommended to us by family. We had some storm damage to the house but did not realize there was enough damage to file an insurance claim. They came out and inspected the property for us after their inspection we filed a claim with insurance. They worked directly with our insurance company and made the process super easy. We not only were able to get the roof replaced we were also able to have all the siding replaced and the house painted. I am beyond thrilled with all the work they have done. They have been very prompt, professional and the communication has been great. I would highly recommended CW Roofing and Construction.

I had a leak in my roof and asked a friend if he knew a good roofer. He immediately recommended CW Roofing & Construction. I researched them online and I liked that they were local and had very good reviews. I called them and from the very first meeting I got a good feeling about them. They were always on-time and were fair with their pricing. They repaired my roof leak and fixed the damaged ceiling. I never know who to call for home repairs, but I definitely feel good about my decision to choose CW. I have already recommended them to my sister and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who needs a fantastic roofing company.

To be honest I do not know this company at all. I only met the salesperson(Greg Smith) and from day 1, I was impressed with his demeanor, professionalism, work ethics and the respect for my time and family. He text-messaged me telling me to meet at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and he was knocking on my door at 4:33pm. He did not try to sell me his product but he listened and HEARD what I wanted and made it possible. He did not waste my time with "let me tries", "let me what I can do", or "let me talk to my supervisor". He was straight forward with me and explained the whole process simply and carefully after he SPEND almost 4 hours on my roof and property assessing the damage of the storm.He was able to almost double the loss that my insurance adjuster found on my roof/property and assured me he would take care of everything. A week later, I received another check over $8,000 for the loos incur on my roof/property. Talking about going to bat for you!!!He kept good communication with me via text understanding I had other responsibilities with my job and family. One time he agreed with me too meet after 9pm after I put the kids down knowing it was very important for me not to disrupt the kid's nighttime schedule.On the days(4) of the installation of the metal roof, I saw Mr. Smith in my property on three different days helping the roofers carrying boxes to the roof, cleaning empty boxes out of my backyard and inside the pool helping the roofers getting the tarp off my pool with carefulness not to spill the debris inside the pool. Talking about going the extra mile for the customer!!!Like I said, I do not know CW Roofing Company. But if Mr. Greg Smith is the front face of this company and the owner gives him so much trust for this young man to be the face of his company and to allow him to make financial decisions on behalf of his company. I personally and professionally would agreed to do business not only once but every time my roof or my house needs replacement or repair without any hesitation.If Mr. Greg Smith is the epitome of a salesperson, teammate or workmate, I can assume C. We contacted C.W. Roofing & Construction when a very large tree fell on our house during a thunderstorm. The tree crushed one corner of our house, damaging the roof as well as the underlying structure of the house. We found ourselves with a situation that would require us to find a roofing contractor, a contractor to repair the structural damage and a company to remove the huge fallen tree. Fortunately we contracted C.W. Roofing, who handled the entire process for us on our behalf. They took care of everything, first they covered the corner of the roof to protect the house from more damage, they contracted to have the tree removed, repaired the structural damage, painting that was required and replacing the roof. In addition we needed to file a claim with our insurance company and show the insurance adjuster what all had been damaged. All this in addition to doing an extremely nice job on repairing and replacing the roof.We found them to be extremely knowledgeable about how to work with the insurance company and the adjuster to obtain maximum recovery on our insurance claim. Greg went with the insurance adjuster during his roof inspection and pointed out considerable amount of hail damage and other damage from a previous hail storm. As a result, we ended up getting a completely new roof. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and it looks fantastic. I have been very impressed with everyone that has worked to help complete our repairs and everyone with C.W. Roofing has been wonderful to work with always making sure to keep us informed. It was wonderful to have them schedule all the repairs and having it completed quickly and professionally taking all the pressure off us to try to find contractors to do the repairs needed. I highly recommend this company. Kudos to a very professional roofing company.

I had three different roofing companies bid on my roof. I chose C. W. Roofing because I was very impressed with Greg, first of all. He knew what he was talking about, answered all my questions, did a through inspection of my roof (finding additional damages, not found by the insurance adjuster), promptly returned any phone calls, and promised a quality job. And they delivered! I love my roof, and have received unbidden compliments on it. I highly recommend them!

This is a great company. They replaced our old metal roof with a new one and also replaced gutters. They addressed all our questions/concerns promptly. Teams were large and efficient - getting the work done quickly. Everything they said they would do - they did. When there were unexpected issues (due to the age of our house) - they addressed those items and did not charge us additional fees for the extra work. They were very professional.

I had an Aluminum Roof for 26 years and must have been approached by over 100 roofing companies over the last few years. I turned them all down until I received a personalized letter package in the mail from Greg Smith of C.W. Roofing & Construction. From the start it was obvious that Greg is a professional who knows the product and was able to answer the exhaustive questions I asked him. I called the references he offered and the former clients could not have been more complimentary of Greg and the quality of work that was done for them. My insurance company paid to replace my roof and the first thing I noticed in working with CW Roofing was that I actually received, in Greg, a “Project Manager” who was always present on the job site during all phases of the job. The job was always on time and Greg was extremely detail oriented and always concerned that the work was being done correctly and that I was pleased about how things were proceeding. I was concerned about possible damage to my Pond and Garden Landscaping, but they took extreme measures to ensure the safety of my plants by extending 2x8x12 boards from the roof slanted towards the ground with plastic over them which precluded roofing trash and nails from damaging the plants and/or ending up in the flower beds. They were able to clean out my long driveway at the end of each day so I did not have to park my car on the street. As with any job, an accident is always a possibility and Greg impressed me with his honesty and forthrightness by letting me know that one of the long boards had fallen and cracked our small bathroom window. The window was promptly replaced and of course they paid for this expense. Greg cleaned the flower beds out remarkably well and even added more mulch to the beds which made them look better than before. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of all associated with C.W. Roofing & Construction; especially that of Greg Smith who did what he said he was going to do and kept the project on time. The Roof, Solar Screens and Guttermaxx Gutters were all done on time and with outstanding quality of workmanship. I depended on Greg and he did not let me down! I highly recommend C.W Roofing & Construction for your consideration. I know you will be as pleased as I am!

My old roof was hail damaged and CW Roofing replaced it with a new composition roof in only 1 day! The crew was extremely professional, showed up on time and left my property very clean. Greg, with C.W. Roofing & Construction was AMAZING. We spent a year with a contractor after our roof was damaged on a hailstorm. The guy just kept stringing us along. Greg came along and, within a couple of weeks, had construction underway. He coordinated crews and projects and basically gave us a brand new house on the exterior. His crew was fast and so nice. They even moved our old outdoor cat’s house and carefully relocated her too, so she wouldn’t get hit by debris. They met all their promises and helped us navigate the insurance system so we could get all the damage to our home repaired. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Greg and his crew from C.W. Roofing did an amazing job with replacing my hail damaged aluminum roof with a new one. I was not only pleased with the quality of work performed but also with Greg's professionalism. Greg informed me step by step what to expect from my insurance company and step by step what to expect from beginning of job to completion of job. The roofing crew were especially careful in keeping the work site clean. I was very pleased with Greg's communication and C.W. Roofing workmanship. I highly recommend C.W. Roofing.
